Giving back to my community
Through my work, I aim to create sustainable solutions that address the social and economic challenges faced by people in my community. I believe that by empowering individuals and communities, we can build a brighter future for everyone. My work is challenging, but it is also very rewarding. Seeing the impact that my programs have on the lives of individuals and families in my community makes all the hard work worthwhile. I am proud to be a social entrepreneur, and I am committed to continuing to make a positive impact in the lives of those around me.
The act of storytelling
“One of the ways that impact people is by creating a sense of connection and pride in African culture. Through their art, people are reminded of the rich history and traditions of Africa, which can be empowering and uplifting for people of African descent, especially those who have been disconnected from their heritage.
Moreover, art also serves as a medium for education, as their art pieces often depict historical events or societal issues in Africa. This way, people can learn about African history and culture in a more engaging and interactive way.”
